Please select one spring session and one summer session. Please note that by selecting these dates, you are not guaranteed a spot. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and space is limited. You will be notified via phone and/or electronic communication when your registration is confirmed.

Immunization Record - PLEASE PRINT AND BRING TO YOUR CHILD'S DOCTOR! / Registro de vacunas - ¡IMPRIMA Y LLEVE AL DOCTOR DE SU HIJO!

Travel Authorization for Non-Custodial Child  - PLEASE PRINT AND NOTARIZE. Parent with Legal custody MUST complete in full. / Autorización de viaje para un niño sin custodia: imprima y anote. El padre con custodia legal DEBE completarse por completo.
